Here is a story that caught my eye when I was reading the New Zealand herald. It is about some kids in a van.

Sky city...One van, five children left alone while there parents went to gamble.

In the van the youngest at 5-months old, left unsupervised about 45 minutes. On Sunday, security guards worked with police to get the children out of the van,
after a pair of strangers found them trapped and crying.
Their parents were found in the casino.
There were concerns about the children before this sky city
incident happened.

The thing is, the more machine there are, the more problem gambling will
stand that's what I think . All five children have been placed in child care. There parents were
not able to stick to the agreement they made to provide their children's safety.

One of my favorite songs of hers is "I will always love you".

She was a sensation singer. She will be missed by her fans and especially her family! Her singing will always be remembered. What song do you like of hers?

My first time at tech

This was my first time at technology, I was in wood work.

At first we lined up in the street (the Intermediate part of the school ). The year 7's got into three lines they were electronics, food and hard material. From Pt England to Tamaki college we all walked. Mr Grundy welcomed us as we entered the school. He took his class to the work shop and told us a bit about him self. He handed as a booklet to fill in. We drew 5 things that we could make out of wood some of my ideas were to make a car, drawer, boat, pencil holder and recipe holder. Then at the end I decided to make a drawer. If the result are good at the end, I will post a picture on my blog!

Week2,T1,2012

Last year I was in room 18, this year I'm in room 18 again!
There are a few old class mates from last year that are in this class again, as well as new people.

This year the thing I'm looking forward to is year 7 and 8 camp.
Another thing I'm looking forward to is technology or for short tech.
